Charles, I had to take a moment to reach out to you to let you know how much help Jodie Johnson was in helping a new client transfer in assets to a new plan. This process can be extremely frustrating if not executed properly and certainly can reflect badly on all parties involved when the incorrect paperwork is submitted.
