Harry Rosenberg

Harry Rosenberg joined Intac Actuarial Services in its founding stages, in 1978. At that time, Harry was an accounting major, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. He also had several years’ experience in the field of public accounting, serving a spectrum of professional and business clients. This background allowed for a natural transition to the specialty of retirement planning, qualified pension plan administration and consulting, which incorporate the many aspects of financial analysis, business law, taxation and general business advisory services.

Harry serves as INTAC’s Vice President, overseeing the corporate operations of the firm’s three locations and the company’s consulting staff, while continuing to provide his over 35 years of experience as consultant to many of INTAC’s clients and sponsors of retirement plans.

Harry is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), with the designation of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC). He also has recently been appointed by the US Department of Treasury and Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). This credential is invaluable in enabling Harry to effectively represent clients before the IRS or DOL in the event of plan audits or other plan inquiries.

Charles Rosenberg

Charles Rosenberg joined INTAC, a family-owned firm, in 1994 as a pension consultant where he gained hands-on experience and invaluable perspective in the pension planning industry. Currently, as INTAC’s Vice President, Charles spearheads the firm’s pension sales and marketing programs.

An expert in retirement plan design, Charles is frequently called upon to lecture and lead industry forums on various Qualified Retirement Plan topics to accountants and financial advisors. He has been quoted as an authority in retirement plans on PlanSponsor.com, and in The Record as well as the Star Ledger – local area newspapers.

Charles directs the sales and marketing of INTAC’s services, while overseeing a staff of professional pension consultants and marketing personnel, leading his team’s collective drive towards excellence. He actively consults with clients and advisors on all forms of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans. His guidance and expertise have resulted in solidifying successful relationships among industry partners and plan sponsors. While ensuring the company’s superior standards of operations among its 4 locations nationwide, Charles also lends guidance to INTAC’s consultants during the plan design process. Under his forward-thinking leadership, INTAC continues to experience substantial growth in both client retention and the amount of new plans implemented.

Charles is a Certified Retirement Counselor and Administrator (CRC, CRA), and has attained the designation of an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). He actively serves as a committee member with various industry groups, such as NIPA, and sits on the TPA Advisory Boards for Nationwide, VOYA and Transamerica, and is also an avid supporter of many local community and charitable organizations. Charles was recently honored with the 2014 Outstanding Volunteer Award by NIPA for his contributions on a volunteer basis toward the organization.

Prior to joining INTAC, he was Vice President of Finance at Oxford Medical. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Touro College in New York City.

Carol Edelstein

Carol Edelstein joined the INTAC team in May of 2001 as a defined contribution plan administrator. Over the years, she has expanded her consulting knowledge to include both defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Carol leads a team of associates with varied levels of experience in retirement plan consulting. She is responsible for onboarding, coaching, and developing our new pension consultants and manages our intern program.

Carol is a two-time nominee (2018 & 2019) for the Ascensus Cornerstone Award, which recognizes employees who exemplify our core values and philosophy: people matter, quality first, and integrity. She is a credentialed Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Carol received her BS in Mathematics from SUNY New Paltz and her MS in Educational Technology from New Jersey City University. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, kayaking, camping, and photography.

Deborah Miller

Deborah Miller joined the INTAC team in September of 2001 as a pension consultant. She has specialized in administering large plans as well as consulting for our client base. In addition, Deborah leads a team of consultants and actuaries who work on site and remotely.

Deborah was a 2018 Cornerstone Award Nominee, which recognizes employees who exemplify our core values and philosophy: people matter, quality first, and integrity. She is a credentialed Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Deborah graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Economics. When she is not working, she enjoys training for and competing in half marathons as well as traveling.

Ellen Pyle

Ellen Pyle, who has over 30 years’ experience in the pension industry, joined INTAC in January of 2008 as a pension consultant. In this role, she provides clients and advisors with consulting and administration to maximize plan benefits while maintaining compliance. She also leads a team of both defined benefit and defined contribution pension consultants with varied specialties.

Before joining INTAC, Ellen owned and operated a family-run pension TPA firm with offices in New York and New Jersey. She was a 2018 Cornerstone Award nominee in recognition of her contributions to our team and clients.

Ellen graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a BA in English and earned her MA in Teaching at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In her free time, she enjoys theater, traveling, hiking, time with family, and community outreach.

Danielle Aigotti joined INTAC’s distribution team in January 2002 and today, oversees a team of associates who handle withdrawals, loans and plan terminations.

During her time at INTAC she attended and completed many leadership and industry trainings which has enhanced her skills as a supervisor who guides her team toward greater performance.

Danielle attended Berkeley College in Paramus, New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, tending to her home garden, and traveling.

Christina Leighton

Christina Leighton joined INTAC as a sales coordinator in November of 2013. She guides financial advisors and CPAs through the sales and implementation process, which in turn helps them to grow their retirement business. Christina also supports INTAC’s business development efforts and leads the Sales, Marketing and New Business teams.

Christina received her BS in Finance from Bryant College. Upon graduating, she completed a two-year audit training program while living and working in the UK and Australia. Christina is a member of the Women in Pensions Network. When she is not busy at work, Christina enjoys cooking, traveling and running.

Selena Sousa

Selena Sousa, who has over 25 years of experience in the pension industry, joined INTAC in April of 2000 and leads our Operations team. She oversees a team who support the company’s processes, procedures, and projects. She also ensures all processes align with INTAC’s goals, objectives, and client service philosophy.

During her tenure, Selena’s role has expanded and today, she coaches, mentors, and supports other team leads in the management of their associates. Selena completed many leadership and industry trainings which have enhanced her skills as a supervisor who guides her team toward greater performance.

Selena attended Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey. She is a certified yoga instructor who also enjoys cooking and reading, including with her long-time book club.
